Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
1) One night Tariff + transaction fee if the cancellation is made before 45 days from the scheduled booking.
2) 50% of the basic tariff + transaction fee if the cancellation is made less then 45 days but greater than 15 days from the scheduled booking.
3) Only taxes will be refunded in case the passenger is a No-Show or cancels within 15 days from the scheduled booking.
4) Also be informed that cancellation has to be made through fax on +91 294 5101432 or on the corresponding email ID ONLY.
Payment Policy:
To let us book the Room on priority we request you to please mail us your passport copy, Credit Card front / back copy and submit your Credit Card details at our Secure Server: https://secure.dnshostnetwork.net/hotelsudaipur-com
Booking Confirmation:
Once we will receive credit card from your side we send you confirm by e- mail of your booking or suggest to you alternative solutions if the hotel has been fully booked. Once the room is confirmed, we will send you, by email, a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation.
We invite you to make printout of this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in. Make sure to have it in hand upon arrival.
How long does it take to get a confirmation?
24 to 48 hours except for special cases (during festival periods, weekends, high season, or special events...). It may sometimes take only a few hours: we are trying our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
